Apple, Goat Cheese and Walnut Pizza

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 500°F.
- Roll or stretch the dough into a 10-12 inch disc and place it on a baking sheet.
- Spread olive oil over the dough and grate nutmeg to your liking.
- Top with mozzarella cheese, followed by apple slices, then sprinkle with goat cheese and walnuts.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh rosemary and fennel.
