Beet Cheddar Apple Pizza

Instructions
- Prepare the Whole Wheat Pizza Dough according to recipe directions.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll the dough into an 11x14-inch rectangle and transfer it to the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the surface of the dough liberally with olive oil.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese on the dough, then layer with apple slices.
- Tuck beet slices between the apples and top with the remaining cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle rosemary over the top.
- Bake the pizza until the crust is crisp and golden, about 12 minutes.
- Let cool for 3 minutes, then slice and serve.
