Red Pear, Blue Cheese and Walnut Pizza

The arugula dressing

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 500°F.
- Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Top the dough with mozzarella, red pear slices, half of the blue cheese, and half of the walnuts.
- Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix the olive oil, vinegar, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a bowl and whisk until combined.
- Once the pizza is out of the oven, sprinkle the remaining walnuts and blue cheese on top.
- Toss the arugula with the dressing and mound it in the center of the pizza.
