Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the red onion until tender.
- Brush the flatbread with the remaining olive oil.
- Top the flatbread with blue cheese crumbles and sautéed red onion.
- Arrange thinly sliced pears over the flatbread and sprinkle with rosemary.
- Bake the flatbread for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges are crisp.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey before slicing and serving.
