Ingredients

The flatbread

  • 1 piece store-bought flatbread

The toppings

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ piece red onion
  • 4 oz Salemville Amish Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 1 piece pear
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the red onion until tender.
  3. Brush the flatbread with the remaining olive oil.
  4. Top the flatbread with blue cheese crumbles and sautéed red onion.
  5. Arrange thinly sliced pears over the flatbread and sprinkle with rosemary.
  6. Bake the flatbread for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges are crisp.
  7. Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey before slicing and serving.
