Iced Dandelion Mocha

Ingredients

  • cups water
  • 1 tablespoon ground roasted dandelion root
  • 1 tablespoon ground roasted chicory root
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • ½ cup full fat coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Combine water, dandelion root, chicory root, and cacao nibs in a saucepan.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain the coffee through a fine mesh strainer into a one quart mason jar.
  4. Fill two glasses with ice.
  5. Pour the coffee over the ice in each glass.
  6. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut milk to each glass.
  7. Serve immediately.
