Iced Dandelion Mocha

Instructions
- Combine water, dandelion root, chicory root, and cacao nibs in a saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Strain the coffee through a fine mesh strainer into a one quart mason jar.
- Fill two glasses with ice.
- Pour the coffee over the ice in each glass.
- Add 2 tablespoons of coconut milk to each glass.
- Serve immediately.
