Bread Machine Brioche

Instructions
- Add water, eggs, melted butter, bread flour, sugar, yeast, and salt to the bread machine.
- Select the dough cycle and start the machine.
- Once the dough is processed, transfer it to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate the dough overnight or up to two days.
- Turn the refrigerated dough onto a floured surface and divide it into two equal pieces.
- Shape each piece into a ball and place them seam side down in a greased loaf pan.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for two hours.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Beat the remaining egg with water and a pinch of salt, then brush it on top of the dough.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 190°F.
- Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
