Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
- Beat the yolks with the sugar until well combined.
- Melt the butter and chocolate together with the coffee.
- Fold the chocolate mixture into the yolk mixture.
- Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold them into the batter.
- Pour the batter into a buttered and floured springform pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes, until the center is still slightly liquid.
- Let the cake cool before serving.
