Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
- Add water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla, and mix until combined.
- Pour half of the batter into a greased 10-inch bundt pan.
- Mix the filling ingredients together.
- Spread the filling over the batter and top with the remaining batter.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes.
- Cool the cake and serve.
