Lite Reddi-wip, for topping
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a skillet and add the drained pineapple chunks.
- Stir in the brown sugar and sauté the pineapple for about 5 to 6 minutes until caramelized.
- Spoon the sautéed pineapple into the phyllo cups.
- Top with Lite Reddi-wip and serve immediately.
