Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium to medium-high heat.
- Puff the quinoa by adding it to the skillet in a single layer until it pops, then set aside to cool.
- Melt the chocolate until smooth, either using a double boiler or microwave.
- Fold in the puffed quinoa into the melted chocolate.
- Use cookie cutters to shape the mixture on a parchment-lined sheet pan or spread it out to cool.
- Sprinkle with sea salt if desired, then refrigerate until set.
- Once set, remove from molds or break into pieces and enjoy.
