Puffed Quinoa Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars

Instructions
- Prepare an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine quinoa puffs, peanut butter, hemp seeds, vanilla extract, vanilla paste, maple syrup, and salt.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and firmly press down.
- In a small bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in the microwave.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the pressed quinoa mixture and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for 3-5 minutes, then sprinkle flaky salt on top and refrigerate until the chocolate is firm.
- After 10-15 minutes, cut into 16 equal pieces and enjoy.
