Instructions
- Drain the tofu by placing it between paper towels and weighing it down for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and bake the tofu for 20-30 minutes until golden.
- In a bowl, mix the fish sauce, brown sugar, and black pepper until the sugar dissolves.
- Heat oil in a skillet and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Add the cabbage, mushrooms, and red bell pepper, cooking until slightly softened.
- Pour in the fish sauce mixture and add the tofu, cooking until absorbed.
- Top with cilantro and serve over steamed rice.
