Black Garlic Tofu

Instructions
- Press the tofu with paper towels to remove moisture and cut it into ¾ inch cubes.
- Blend black garlic, oil, water, soy sauce, and sugar until combined.
- Heat oil in a wok or skillet on high heat, adding salt and pepper.
- Carefully slide the tofu into the hot oil and cook, turning every minute for about 10 minutes until crispy.
- Set the crispy tofu aside on a plate.
- Pour the black garlic sauce into the wok and stir for one minute until it darkens.
- Add the tofu back to the wok and toss to coat for about 30 seconds before serving.
- Top with fresh chives and chive blossoms.
