Instructions
- Slice the tofu into ½-inch to ¾-inch cubes.
- Whisk together the vegetable broth, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and garlic powder in a small bowl or jar.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of oil.
- Add the cubed tofu and cook until golden, stirring occasionally for 8-10 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to medium, add the garlic, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden.
- Pour in the sauce and simmer until mostly absorbed, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
