Ingredients

The tofu

  • 14 ounces extra firm tofu

The seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 2 teaspoons dry parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • teaspoon white sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the tofu dry and slice it into one-inch cubes.
  3. Spread the tofu on the baking sheet and drizzle with apple cider vinegar and oil, tossing to coat.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together nutritional yeast, parsley, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and sugar.
  5. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the tofu and toss until well coated.
  6. Space the tofu evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes until golden and firm.
