Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the tofu dry and slice it into one-inch cubes.
- Spread the tofu on the baking sheet and drizzle with apple cider vinegar and oil, tossing to coat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together nutritional yeast, parsley, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and sugar.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the tofu and toss until well coated.
- Space the tofu evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes until golden and firm.
