Instructions
- Prepare the brine by mixing salt and water until dissolved.
- Place a brining bag in a bucket and put the turkey in breast-side down.
- Pour the brine into the bag, ensuring the turkey is fully covered.
- Seal the bag, cover, and refrigerate for 12 hours.
- After brining, rinse the turkey under cold water and pat dry.
- Return the turkey to the refrigerator in a roasting pan to air-dry overnight.
