Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Boil salted water and cook the spaghetti until al dente, then drain.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, parsley, and Parmesan cheese.
- Return the hot spaghetti to the pot and mix in the butter and egg mixture until coated.
- Add the cottage cheese and cream cheese to the spaghetti and combine.
- Transfer the spaghetti mixture to the baking dish.
- In a skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat, then mix in the marinara sauce.
- Spread the sausage mixture over the spaghetti, then layer with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 30 to 45 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
