The Cheese

Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a large oven-safe pot, cook the ground beef until browned and drain excess fat.
- Season the meat with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add onions, green peppers, red peppers, and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, Italian seasoning, bay leaf, salt, and pepper.
- Taste and adjust spices as necessary.
- Add cream cheese and Parmesan, stirring until melted.
- Fold in the cooked spaghetti and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the bay leaf and sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella on top.
- Broil for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
