Ingredients

  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips
  • 1 cup Vegan Cheese
  • 1 cup Taco 'Meat'
  • 1 cup Chopped tomato or Pico de Gallo
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped scallions
  • 1 piece Serrano or jalapeño, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Avocado or Guacamole
  • ½ cup Pickled onions or sliced radishes
  • 1 tablespoon Finely chopped cilantro
  • 2 pieces Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Spread the tortilla chips on a platter or baking sheet.
  2. Drizzle with the vegan cheese sauce.
  3. Top with the taco 'meat', chopped tomato, scallions, serrano, avocado, radishes, and pickled onions.
  4. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
