Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Arrange the tortilla chips on an oven-proof baking sheet or platter.
- Top the chips with black beans and dollops of sweet potato nacho cheese.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until heated through.
- Meanwhile, smash the avocado with a pinch of salt.
- Remove the nachos from the oven and top with smashed avocado and any other desired toppings.
