Loaded Vegan Nachos

Instructions
- Heat the nacho cheese and beans in the microwave or on the stove.
- Divide the chips between 4 plates.
- Layer the cheese and beans first, then add all of the other toppings.
- For baked nachos, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the chips on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
- Drizzle cheese over the chips, followed by beans, red onion, and pickled jalapeños.
- Bake for about 5 minutes until the cheese is heated or melted.
- Remove from the oven and add the remaining toppings.
