Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment or aluminum foil.
- In a skillet, combine cooked vegan crumbles, water, and taco seasoning over medium-low heat, stirring until the water evaporates.
- Add the black beans to the skillet and stir, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
- On the prepared baking sheet, layer corn chips, followed by the vegan crumble and bean mixture, then drizzle vegan cheese sauce on top. Repeat for a second layer.
- Bake in the oven for 5-6 minutes to warm the chips.
- Remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings before serving.
