Cold Brew Matcha

ceremonial grade matcha or cold brew matcha

collagen peptides (optional)

cold water or coconut water

Instructions
- Measure the matcha and add it to a pint-sized mason jar or thermal container.
- If using, add a scoop of collagen peptides.
- Pour in about 1½ cups of cold water or coconut water.
- Add the ice cubes.
- Tightly twist the lid onto the jar.
- Shake vigorously until the matcha is suspended in the liquid.
- Enjoy immediately.
