Cold Brew Matcha

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon ceremonial grade matcha or cold brew matcha
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)
  • cups cold water or coconut water
  • 5 cubes ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Measure the matcha and add it to a pint-sized mason jar or thermal container.
  2. If using, add a scoop of collagen peptides.
  3. Pour in about 1½ cups of cold water or coconut water.
  4. Add the ice cubes.
  5. Tightly twist the lid onto the jar.
  6. Shake vigorously until the matcha is suspended in the liquid.
  7. Enjoy immediately.
