Ingredients

The base

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • teaspoon cinnamon

The mix-ins

  • ¼ cup diced apple
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix all the ingredients together in a mason jar or bowl until well combined.
  2. 2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. 3. Before serving, add extra diced apple, raisins, and peanut butter if desired.
