Sauteed Zucchini Squash & Tomatoes

Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add zucchini and yellow squash, and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add grape tomatoes, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Continue to sauté until squash is tender and tomatoes begin to burst, about 3-5 minutes.
- Sprinkle in half of the parmesan cheese and toss, then sprinkle the remaining parmesan on top.
- Serve warm.
