Sauteed Zucchini

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 lb Zucchini
  • 1 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • ¼ tsp Sea salt
  • tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the zucchini slices in a single layer and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring just once or twice until starting to brown.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low, push zucchini to the sides, and add butter to melt.
  4. Add minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Stir everything together, season with salt and pepper, and mix gently until the butter is absorbed.
