Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the zucchini slices in a single layer and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring just once or twice until starting to brown.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, push zucchini to the sides, and add butter to melt.
- Add minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir everything together, season with salt and pepper, and mix gently until the butter is absorbed.
