Instructions
- Cut the zucchinis in half lengthwise.
- Season the zucchinis with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the zucchini to the pan along with oregano and sauté for about 2 minutes on each side.
- Add crushed garlic and cook for another minute.
