Instructions
- Prepare the green onions and grate the ginger.
- Rice the cauliflower using a food processor or hand grater.
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add ground pork to the pan, breaking it into small bits and seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 8 minutes.
- Stir in green onions, ginger, fish sauce, and cayenne pepper.
- Add cauliflower rice and peas, mixing well and cooking for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Clear a space in the pan and crack the eggs, scrambling them until fully cooked.
- Mix the scrambled eggs with the rice and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to finish.
