Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium-large saucepan.
- Cook over low heat for about 30 minutes until the tomatoes are tender.
- Use a slotted spoon to transfer the tomatoes and garlic to a large jar.
- Store in the fridge for up to 3-4 months.
