Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a medium-large saucepan or pot.
- Cook on low heat for around 30 minutes without boiling until the garlic is buttery and creamy.
- Use a slotted spoon to transfer the garlic to a large jar.
- Store the garlic confit in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
