Instructions
- Peel the outer layers of the garlic head without touching the head.
- Cut the top ¼” to ½” off the garlic head to expose the cloves.
- Place the garlic on foil with thyme and drizzle with olive oil.
- Wrap the garlic in parchment paper or foil and tie with kitchen twine.
- Roast in the oven at 400°F for about 35-40 minutes until soft and fragrant.
- Let cool, then squeeze the cloves out of the skin.
