Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Remove the papery outer layers from the garlic heads, leaving them whole.
- Trim the tops of the garlic heads to expose the cloves.
- Drizzle olive oil over the exposed cloves and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Wrap each head in aluminum foil or parchment paper to create a sealed packet.
- Place the packets in a baking dish and roast for 35 to 45 minutes.
- Once done, let the garlic cool, then squeeze out the roasted cloves.
