Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ยบ F.
- Remove some of the papery skin from the garlic heads and slice off the tops to expose the cloves.
- Place the garlic heads on a piece of aluminum foil and drizzle with olive oil.
- Wrap the garlic in the foil.
- Roast in the oven until the cloves are tender and lightly browned, about 30 minutes.
