Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Cut off the top inch of the garlic bulb to expose the cloves.
- Drizzle the garlic bulb with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Wrap the garlic bulb in foil and place it on a baking sheet or in a shallow dish.
- Roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and softened.
- Allow to cool slightly, then squeeze out the cloves to use.
