Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Peel away the outer layer of the garlic bulbs, keeping the cloves intact.
- Cut off about ¼ of the top of the garlic bulbs to expose the cloves.
- Place the garlic bulbs cut side up in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil, seasoning with salt.
- Cover the bulbs with a tin foil tent.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until the cloves are golden brown and soft.
- Allow the garlic to cool, then use a fork or squeeze to remove the cloves from the skin.
- Store in an airtight container or use in recipes.
