Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Peel off the loose skin of the garlic head.
- Cut off the top of the garlic head to expose the cloves.
- Drizzle about 1 tsp of olive oil on top of the exposed cloves.
- Wrap the garlic head in tin foil and place it in a small oven-safe dish or muffin tin.
- Roast in the oven for 35-55 minutes until the cloves are golden.
- Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before squeezing the garlic out of the skins.
