Instructions
- Select plump garlic bulbs.
- Remove the papery covering of the garlic bulb without breaking the cloves.
- Trim the top of the garlic bulb to expose the cloves.
- Place the trimmed garlic bulb in the center of a piece of aluminum foil.
- Drizzle with 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil.
- Cover the garlic tightly with the foil.
- Place the covered garlic bulb in a small baking dish.
- Roast in a 375°F oven for 40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from foil and serve immediately.
