Lamb chops (~1.5 pounds after trimming excess fat and connective tissue)
Instructions
- Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add the lamb chops and coat them in the marinade. Cover and marinate for 30-60 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate for longer.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400 to 450 degrees F).
- Grill the lamb chops for 1-3 minutes per side for medium rare, 2-4 minutes for medium, or 3-5 minutes for medium well.
- Remove from the grill and let the chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
