The marinade

Instructions
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and rosemary in a small bowl.
- Season the lamb with salt and pepper, then cover with the marinade.
- Marinate the lamb for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Discard the marinade before grilling.
- Grill the lamb over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes on each side, or broil in the oven.
