Instructions
- Combine the seasonings and fresh herbs with olive oil in a small bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to a medium-sized baking dish suitable for marinating the lamb chops.
- Pat the lamb chops dry with paper towels before adding them to the marinade.
- Marinate the lamb chops for 20 minutes, then turn them over and marinate for another 20 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated lamb chops.
- Sear the lamb chops for about 2 minutes on each side for medium rare.
- Serve the lamb chops with your choice of sides.
