Instructions
- Preheat the griddle to medium heat.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in a shallow dish.
- Dip the bread into the mixture and place it on the lightly greased hot griddle.
- Drizzle the remaining batter on top of the bread.
- Cook until well-browned on each side, about 2 minutes.
- Remove from the griddle and plate.
- Top immediately with goat cheese, strawberries, and a drizzle of honey.
