The Strawberry Compote

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat and spray the grates with non-stick spray.
- Beat the eggs and mix in the milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and optional Triple Sec.
- Cut the bread into thick slices.
- Dip the bread slices in the egg mixture until saturated.
- Grill the slices until grill marks appear on one side, then flip and cook the other side.
- Prepare the strawberry compote by mixing strawberries with vinegar, sugar, and vanilla, and let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Serve the grilled French toast with strawberries and whipped cream sandwiched inside.
