Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick electric griddle to 375°F or use a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
- In a large shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and cinnamon.
- Add milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla to the egg mixture and whisk until well combined.
- Butter the griddle just before adding the bread.
- Dip each slice of bread into the mixture, flipping to coat both sides, and place on the griddle.
- Cook until golden brown on the bottom, about 2 minutes, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown, about 2 minutes more.
- Serve warm with maple syrup.
