Instructions
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a shallow dish.
- Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and brush with butter.
- Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
- Place the coated slices in the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes per side, until golden brown.
- Adjust the heat as needed to prevent burning and work in batches if necessary.
- Serve with maple syrup and/or powdered sugar.
