Instructions
- Combine whole milk, eggs, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a large bowl and whisk until mixed.
- Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat and melt half a tablespoon of butter on it.
- Dip the brioche slices into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated, then place them on the hot griddle.
- Cook the bread for 3-5 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden.
- Serve with a dusting of confectioners' sugar, warm maple syrup, and butter.
