Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together mayo, sour cream, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper, then mix in the dill.
- In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, fennel, cucumber, smoked salmon, red onion, and capers.
- Toss the salad and add enough dressing to coat, about half of the dressing made.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste, then either toss in the avocado and sprouts or use them as a garnish.
