Instructions
- Prepare the tomatoes by mixing them with onion, vinegar, salt, pepper, and parsley. Set aside.
- Boil halved potatoes in salted water until fork tender. Prepare the dressing with mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix with cooled potatoes.
- Blanch green beans in salted water for 2 minutes, then transfer to ice water. Dress with olive oil, salt, and mint.
- Boil eggs for 7 minutes, then cool, peel, and halve them.
- Assemble the salad by layering tomatoes, potatoes, beans, and eggs on a platter. Add tuna, olives, and capers on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and serve with salt to taste.
