Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick grill pan or skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
- Pound the chicken breasts to ½ inch thickness and sprinkle with Chili Lime seasoning.
- Grill the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side, then let it rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, heat the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds per side until warmed and slightly blistered.
- Mash the avocados with lime juice, onion, and jalapeno, then add salt to taste.
- Serve the chicken in the warmed tortillas with lettuce and guacamole.
