Instructions
- Combine oats, cereal, water or milk, and salt in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring until the mixture thickens slightly.
- Pour in the beaten egg whites while stirring continuously to prevent scrambling.
- Mix in pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and spices, then heat until warmed through.
- Serve immediately with desired toppings.
